Welcome to My Personal Fitness Challenge Day 27

Had a slow day getting up and getting moving today.  I was awake and downstairs at 3:30 am.  I watched TV for about an hour and a half and then fell asleep on the couch.  I woke up at 8:45 am got up did my Saturday morning check in and headed off to my workout at Team Fitness.  I wasn't as exhausted as the Thursday workout but it felt good.  I like when the 3 of us (Katherine, Tristan and I ) workout together.  We are developing a bond and push each other to succeed.  

We all chatted after, it is starting to feel familiar at the Team Fitness gym in a good way.  We are learning the equipment and getting comfortable with the moves.  Our bodies are getting used to getting pushed and now we just wait for the rewards.   Speaking of rewards, after a whole week of wondering if I was even going to be as low as last Saturday I got on the little metal box and it surprised me!  I am down another 1.5 lbs now for a total of 13.5 lbs down.  I am not suppose to weight myself everyday, I'm sorry Leanne I have been doing it everyday since I can remember.  I am not going to stop, but I will stop letting it drive me crazy.  I am going forward knowing that whatever it is during the week, it's only Saturday's number that counts.

Received the new menu from Leanne today.  I am not sure what to think of it yet.  I guess I have to try it and see how it goes.  My first impression is I would rather stick with what I have now.  I love that there is yogurt on the menu but I don't think one cup of yogurt is going to keep me going from 6 am to snack time, another day is one boiled egg and an apple.  Seems so little.  I am going to try it and see, maybe I have changed!
