Welcome to My Personal Fitness Challenge Day 49

Welcome to My Personal Fitness Challenge Day 49

Today was a good day food wise.  Started by going to Tim Horton's for our weekly family get together.  Very used to black coffee now.  I am pretty sure I will keep drinking black coffee from now on.  I was saying to my husband that black is guilt free.  No fat, no sugar, no calories.  Two cream, one sugar was just loaded with fat and calories that had to take away from the amount of good healthy food I could eat.

I am very disappointed that I did not get to go to the gym today.  I had to dedicate most of my day to doing my Supervisor Skills assignment.  My fault for leaving it until the last weekend to get it done.  But it is done now.  I cooked up a few different squashes today and went grocery shopping to set up and prepare for the week ahead.

Funny when I read Katherine's post and looked at her virtual before and after pictures I thought to myself yes I want that too.  I want to move from the fat girl club to the healthy girl club.  I was at Superstore tonight and there were a lot of large women there.  Every time I went past one I thought about Katherine's before and after and it gave me even more motivation to keep working away at getting in shape.  Yes that is what I really want.

On that note I found a few pairs of pants in my closet I decided to try on.  They both actually hung really weird on me but did fit!  They are going in the recycle bin though.  I found a pair of jeans that seemed ok on so I am wearing those today.  They are actually a bit too big and keep slipping down.  Not sure these are going to last long either.  My son Zach noticed I had different jeans on and actually said "I can notice a really difference in you Mom"  It's really cool when your 18 year old son not only notices but says something positive to you.  Thanks Zach!

I am looking forward my check in / workout tomorrow night at Team Fitness.  It feels good to workout now.
Thank you Team Fitness.
