Welcome to my Personal Fitness Challenge Day 19
Good day today. I was in a classroom all day learning Supervisory Skills. I had my green smoothie before I left the house. I was so good today. I cooked my 4 oz of chicken marinated in Braggs, made my leafy green salad with a side of Flax Seed Oil and Balsamic vinegar. Then added two apples and 20 almonds for my 2 snacks. Felt so good to be prepared. I need to do that everyday! Been a few days I went hungry at lunch because I got sucked into meetings that prevented me from going home for lunch.
Not today. Good thing to because when I got to the classroom it was worse than employee appreciation day at work yesterday. So many muffins, scones and banana breads only today there was also jam and butter. I had my black coffee and pretended in my head how sick everyone was going to feel from filling their bodies with garbage. Helps me to think of it as not good for you. I don't feel as deprived that way.
Until lunch, I got out my chicken and leafy greens and mixed everything together. Just then a colleague of mine comes up to me and says hey I was going to buy you lunch remember? I said I would love that! Rain check OK? He said sure. I told him about the Fitness Challenge. Everyone becomes my cheerleader when I tell them the story.
Friday NONE days are brutal. I feel hungry all day long. Funny the Monday NONE days don't bother me but Friday always sucks! I am hungry now as I write this but I have eaten all my food so I will drink water until I go to bed. Good News the little metal box is finally starting to be kind to me. As of this morning I am down 10.1 lbs. Woot! Double digits. I hope this means that the body is finally starting to release the fat! Can't wait to see what it says tomorrow! I have been drinking more water, but I can't shake the habit of checking my weight every morning.
Tomorrow is workout day and the Trio is back together. Looking forward to working out with my new weight loss partners Katherine, Tristan and the awesome trainers at Team Fitness.
