Welcome to My Personal Fitness Challenge Day 28
Well today was full of challenges being that it was Turkey day and a family celebration for my husband's birthday. Once we got to Bowen Island there was snacks every where, chips, cheesies, etc. Good thing that is not my weakness. I was good, not even a sniff of that stuff, then sister in law came in with rose and white wine. I really would have liked a glass or two of wine. I didn't.
Dinner went over well too. I had Turkey, dark meat of course. I had sweet potatoes with no butter or brown sugar. I brought a salad but decided that I would have a small amount of corn and carrots instead. I did not have the stuffing or gravy, I did not have any skin from the turkey or the potatoes. I think I did well. Then came the ice cream birthday cake. I took a couple pictures then as they cut it up and ate it I did the dinner dishes. Kept me busy and I did not have to sit there and watch them eat it. It worked. Bonus! I was the only one not complaining that I at too much, except my Dad he didn't eat anything at all. That is a story for another time. Love you Dad.
Tomorrow is another day, going to the Team Fitness workout at 11:00 am. Looking forward to that. Really starting to feel my body get stronger, my clothes are starting to feel a lot roomier. I am really looking forward to the next 4 weeks. I like what Katherine posted. 4 weeks till you notice, 8 weeks till friends notice and 12 weeks till the world notices! Look out world, here we come! (the Team Fitness + Trio)
