Welcome to my Personal Fitness Challenge Day 23
Today was a good day. I have fallen right into a routine with my eating now. I don't even have to refer to the plan. I know what days are Low and which days are High. I know the difference in the food. It's just automatic. This is the last week on the cleanse. I get to choose between Dairy or Red Meat next week. Hmmm... which will I choose?? Can I choose Red Wine?? LOL.
I did an accident investigation at one of our Fire Halls today. After the meeting I was given a CD with all the photos from the fire Ops 101 I did back on Sept 16th. I so can't wait until I look at pictures and don't think " wow look how fat I look". I hate that I do that but I do every time. It was a great event, I learned a lot and I now have several great "Before" pictures. I talked to the guys today about doing the challenge again next year after I reach my goal weight so I can test my self and come up with a bunch of "After" shots.
When I came home tonight hubby was out so I had to make dinner for the boys. Of course they wanted Perogies. OMG, I love the smell of them cooking. I did not have one bite and I love them. I made the Turkey Chilli for myself. It turned out really good. I put too much red chilli pepper spice in it but it was still yummy. Good thing too because my Dad bought KFC today and decided to eat it in the kitchen while I was cooking, then hubby came home and chowed on a piece. Oh well, "nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels" Little metal box you better be good to me tomorrow!
