Welcome to My Personal Fitness Challenge Day 22
I had a good food day today, I have not felt hungry. I didn't change much except I added veggies to my leafy greens. Not missing the "None" days, however on the other hand I am not sure I really like the "High" days as far as eating the rice and the sweet potatoes that is awesome, but is sure is hard on the scale the next day. I was 1.5 lbs higher this morning than I was the day before. On top of that the official weigh in day is the day after "High" food day so it does not look as if I did as well as I did.
Workout today at Team Fitness was good. It wasn't the kick ass workout we have had in previous workouts but really I could have made it tougher by working harder but I just didn't have the energy. Feeling very tired today, or at least this evening. My son has a hockey game 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm and I just couldn't go. I heading to bed right after this post.
